Initially, my renters passed on Natalie’s number. I live in Brazil and needed a Realtor who could be flexible with the time difference and all the rest involving the sale of my house. Without her, I wouldn’t have been able to sell my house. Any problem that came up, she found a solution to ensure a successful sale.

We were ready, it was time to make that jump. I wanted to buy a house with my fiancè and my younger brother was ready to move to Torino. Natalie helped us to ensure a smooth sale of my parent’s home. Even when the buyer was about to pull out, Natalie found a way to keep the deal on the table. We sold in November and I bought a new house in December and my brother in January 2022.

We were looking for a property in Torino. After some bad experiences with Italian agents who among other things spoke limited English, we met, through a mutual acquaintance, Natalie. Since we’re living in Holland, Natalie did previewing of properties, so we only flew in for the really interesting ones. Communication with Natalie was optimal, because she’s from the USA, married to an Italian and already working as a real estate agent, living in Torino for 17 years. So there was no language problem and since we were not familiar with the legal regulations regarding buying property, Natalie for us ticked all the boxes. Finally we bought a really nice pied à terre, thanks to Natalie!

We moved to Turin in January 2022 and within two weeks had put a purchase offer in on a house and then the roller coaster started. Between the Italian bureaucracy, opening up an Italian bank account and also applying for a home loan, Natalie was there at every step. She made the move and purchase much easier and also pleasant.
