We were looking for a property in Torino. After some bad experiences with Italian agents who among other things spoke limited English, we met, through a mutual acquaintance, Natalie. Since we’re living in Holland, Natalie did previewing of properties, so we only flew in for the really interesting ones. Communication with Natalie was optimal, because she’s from the USA, married to an Italian and already working as a real estate agent, living in Torino for 17 years. So there was no language problem and since we were not familiar with the legal regulations regarding buying property, Natalie for us ticked all the boxes. Finally we bought a really nice pied à terre, thanks to Natalie!

We moved to Turin in January 2022 and within two weeks had put a purchase offer in on a house and then the roller coaster started. It was daunting as a student to try to find a house in Turin. I was going from one real estate office to another for a month with no luck until I stumbled upon Natalie's website.
